Dr Małgorzata Mitoraj Jaroszek PH.D.
Dr. Małgorzata Mitoraj-Jaroszek is a consultant and partner for the ROI Institute. She is a trainer, and the owner of a training company, Training for Development – ROI Institute Poland. For over a dozen of years she has been preparing and conducting trainings for both private companies and state institutions. Dr. Mitoraj-Jaroszek is also a member of the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD), and an author of several sales training, team management, presentation, and coaching programs. Dr. Mitoraj-Jaroszek oversees trainings and provides coaching and mentoring for internal coaches in various organizations around Poland.
For several years now, she is a great enthusiast of the effectiveness of human resources management programs. The author of “Managing the development of employees. A comprehensive and practical guide” and the winner of the” Best Published Case Study for the 2013 Awards of Excellence “in the USA.
As an academic, she is a lecturer at the Faculty of Industrial Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and a faculty supervisor and lecturer at the Tischner European University in Cracow. In her work, she aims to combine the experience gained in business management with the knowledge of a consultant.
Dr. Mitoraj-Jaroszek holds a Ph.D. in management (her thesis was devoted to human resources development in the organization).

Dr. Jack Phillips is the author of the ROI Methodology and a world-renowned expert in the field of accountability, measurement, and evaluation. Dr. Jack Phillips provides consulting services for some of the largest companies in the world.
As an author and editor of more than fifty books, Dr. Phillips runs workshops, training, and presentations at conferences organized around the world.
Patti Phillips, Ph.D.
Dr. Patti P. Phillips is president and co-founder of ROI Institute Inc. She supports organizations in implementing the ROI Methodology in 35 countries around the world and teaches others to implement the ROI Methodology through the ROI certification process.
Dr. Patti P. Phillips also works as a facilitator and runs training workshops on the evaluation of human resources management programs.
